History
Forcefield Body Armour was launched in 2003 and is already synonymous with Performance, Safety and Innovation. However our experience in body armour goes all the way back to 1987 when TPro became probably the first company to take body armour for sports seriously. This was further endorsed by being one of the first companies to embrace the CE mark in the early 90’s
• Performance in that the products must meet and exceed in most cases the appropriate requirements as set out by existing PPE directives
• Safety that ensures that the product itself will not cause injury to the user
• Innovation where new technical ways of utilising the latest energy absorbing materials increases the performance, flexibility and comfort aspects whilst further endorsing our belief that the best armour is soft armour.
Forcefield Body Armour is based on “Soft Armour Technology” and this makes us very different to the beliefs that armour has to be plastic shell based or else it won’t give you protection. Forcefield Body Armour has emphatically disproved this theory once and for all.

The hard shells perform satisfactorily down the spine but away from this area they can fail to do their job.
